All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our shipping times were impacted by the pandemic. Normally, our items arrive to customers within 3-7 business days, but at the moment our current times are 7-12 business days. We greatly apologize for these delay and are doing what we can to resolve these issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lemeli is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to keep an eye on it. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 18 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@trylemeli.com with your name and order number and one of our agents will help resolve the issue.
